About Purusha Meditation and Mindfulness

Purusha Meditation and Mindfulness was created to offer a different relationship with meditation - one that works with the nervous system rather than asking people to override it.

Many traditional practices assume a level of capacity that busy, sensitive, or overwhelmed nervous systems simply don’t have. At Purusha, we recognise that regulation comes first, and awareness follows. Our work brings together time-honoured contemplative practices with a modern understanding of nervous system regulation, creating an approach that is grounded, compassionate, and realistic for everyday life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help people build the nervous system capacity needed for calm, clarity, and balance in everyday life. Through meditation and breathwork, we support emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable well-being - in a way that works with the body, not against it.

We are committed to sharing wellbeing tools, offering educational content on nervous-system regulation, and fostering a community interested in mindfulness. Our goal is to create a supportive and healing environment for every individual, and to make meditation and mindfulness accessible to all.
